I work at the point where the built environment meets real-time software. For more than a decade I've helped translate the messy reality of large infrastructure and development programmes into living digital twins. Models that don't just look like the asset, but stay accurate enough to plan, operate, and make decisions against.
My work spans the full delivery arc: shaping information requirements and procurement, standing up the pipelines that connect BIM, GIS, and reality-capture data, and building the real-time visualisation layer in Unreal Engine that puts it all in front of the people who need it. I've focused on GCC and APAC mega-projects, where getting the data foundation right is the difference between a twin that gets used and one that gets shelved.
Today I lead digital delivery and business development for Abu Dhabi at IMERZA, and I spend a lot of time helping asset owners and government authorities figure out what their digital twin is actually driving before a single model is built.
Setting the intent behind a twin - use cases, information requirements (EIR / OIR), governance, and procurement. Ensuring what gets built is actually what the organisation needs.
Connecting design models, geospatial context, and reality-capture into a coherent, standards-aligned information backbone that survives the whole project lifecycle.
Building the interactive, high-fidelity layer where stakeholders explore the asset, test scenarios, and see live data in the spatial context it belongs to.
Leading the delivery of digital twin programmes across GCC and APAC infrastructure and development portfolios - from minimum viable Proof-of-Concepts to fully operational digital twin platforms.
Based in Abu Dhabi, driving BIM and digital twin consultancy for large-scale construction and development projects across the Middle East at Imerza. Collaborating with developers, project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate construction program data with spatial models, delivering trusted Digital Twin solutions.
Digital Projects Delivery Engineer at Port of NEOM - Reporting and Automation, collaborating closely with the PMO, Project Delivery Teams, and Contractors to manage, implement, and continuously develop the project's construction monitoring platform. This has provided the Port of NEOM with trusted reporting for construction progress, enabling both the proponent and projects teams to make informed decisions based on the reality of on-site conditions.
